My father was in a nursing home when a hospitalization forced a decision to go on hospice. The staff at Remarkable Hospice were so responsive, kind and caring. It made a difficult time more tolerable.
My Mom was on hospice with Remarkable for 2 short weeks. Tamara (the Exec Dir) and the nurse who came out the morning that my Mom passed away were a breath of fresh air. My sister Yolanda also works there and was the tech who took care of our Mom. Mom was in the best care during those 2 weeks. We're grateful for the care that Remarkable provided.
First I would like to say that my wife Linda Beltran has been sick for almost a year we went with another hospice company and it was horrible one of the worst experiences of our lives but thanks to remarkable hospice I know there's people out there that care thanks for Tamara running a tight shift we are very pleased with all of their services keep up the great work
My uncle was on hospice with Remarkable. We called many times asking for a visit because he had trouble breathing. After many calls and 7 hours no one came.My uncle died with no oxygen on. Having an oxygen tank in the house and not knowing how to use it had no benefit for us. The last couple of days of his life was no good. Hospice is not supposed to be like this! Mary Ruiz Byrd.
I’m so happy that my aunt decided to go with remarkable for my nana. The nurse Shenita went above and beyond for our family. She showed so much sympathy didn’t rush the grieving process. Waited on the family to come. She also provided post Mortem care for my nana which was definitely a first. I seen many nurse say that’s not there job. My aunt absolutely loved her spirit. Thank you so much for the great experience and the wonderful job that she did.
