My 2 star rating is not on care this hospice facility provides cause they declined to help my brother in the nursing home he is at so it's unfair to rate their care. This rating is on the admitting procedures the staff and administrators at remarkable hospice go about admissions. Very caring staff
DO NOT LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS WHO PRAISE THIS PLACE! This place is absolutely evil. The staff is HORRIBLE. They will leave your loved one on the floor to die, they will treat them like pests and neglect them. These people do not care for their patients. They don't feed them on time and they don't give medicine on time. They IGNORE the patients and if your loved one is having any kind of trouble, including life threatening problems, they could end up dying because the staff does NOT take their jobs seriously. This is by far the best Hospice team I have ever experienced! They took such great care of my mom and I will forever by grateful. Cathy was so wonderful and had such a gentle touch with mom. Maria was so caring and loving. She always kept me informed and was right there when mom needed her. Her experience gave me the feeling of comfort and compassion just as she was showing my mom throughout Remarkable's Service.
