It took two months for someone to come out to look at my place to provide a quote. The secretary Jennie is horrible at keeping track of emails and did not respond for weeks at a time. The gentleman that came out was extremely nice. I reached out two weeks after he stopped by...nothing. Then again via email the next week....nothing. Finally called and left a message.
