And the refuge Home is still there.. 23 years has been there REMAR USA Rehabilitation Program Ministry.. It's a long history. Many persons that you see now living a normal life in central Texas, passed by Remar. POOR BUSINESS ETHICS – Nothing drives me crazier than looking into a supposed non-profit organization to give them donations &/or money for support only to come up unimpressed. We were blocked from entering into the businesses parking lot by a woman who claimed to be the owner. We were told to park across the street because she didn?t want to move.
