Had heard from a previous tenant that Rema was awful to work with, but just assumed that it was because all rental companies are kinda the worst, but I SHOULD HAVE listened!! They have been delayed in the renting process, I was literally waiting on THEM to send me a link to pay a deposit and then informed me it was no longer available weeks after I had submitted all of my information and they had already informed me that it was likely I would get the apartment I just needed the link to pay.. Ever since they finally replaced the really bad property manager that ran my building, it has been really awesome renting from them. I don't know if they were just understaffed for a minute but there was only one year that maintenance requests got a little backed up. All the maintenance people are awesome. I have had no major issues with them and have rented with them for 3 years. (:
My experience has been great with them. They were always responsive when I needed anything fixed as a resident. Overall, they have been kind and fairly easy to work with.
I want to thank the entire team at Rema. Although my time there was short, I was genuinely impressed by how open and supportive everyone was — I had the opportunity to learn a little bit of everything. I'm especially grateful to the regional manager, the CEOs, the property managers, the maintenance technicians, and the onsite cleaner. everyone treated me with kindness and respect. While I understand that business decisions have to be made, I am still saddened that I won’t be continuing with a team like Rema. That said, I’m w... read more
