Update: not impressed with whoever took over for Brittany. Back to the “do not recommend and should move” feeling with this company. Since Brittany became our property manager, the energy here has completely shifted. She’s a breath of fresh air - genuine, kind, and truly cares about the people who live here. I started renting with another company after 4 years with Rema. They actually fix things when I put in maintenance requests. There aren't a million hidden fees added to my rent every month. My friend rents a smaller unit from Rema that was supposed to be around 800-900/month and has ended up paying more than I pay for a much larger unit (she pays around 1200/month) in hidden fees they didn't make her aware about before signing a lease. I’ve been a tenant for 5 1/2 years and aside from a bad experience with a former manager that they got rid of we have had a great experience with REMA. Cassidy, our manager has been kind and receptive to any and every issue that has arisen. She always responds in a timely manner and treats us like people and not just tenants. Deceptive Practice's. Drama in the Office. Find anyway not to Pay for work performed, ie, forgot to punch in, they say they fix it, but DON'T! Marijuana is "NOT" Exempt. Even with medical card. I regret working with them.
