I had to threaten legal action under the UFPA to get anyone to evaluate my broken air conditioner, despite submitting my first maintenance request seven months earlier. I’ve had great experiences with this management company and I would recommend them. They’re a good company with good people.
I currently live in a Rema property. I can't get them to respond to a 2 month old work order to replace the handle and lock to a back door. My whole building had to empty our basements for 3-5 months to accommodate a cracked foundation issue that they've known about for at least 10 years. We live at Arches South Apartments in Salt Lake. We had previously rented a different apartment here with the previous property management before we moved away, when we moved back we were with Rema. Here is our experience since moving back: We were given a move in date of April 1st, and our apartment was being newly renovated. I’ve had experience with other property management companies and Rema is by far the best I have ever rented from. I’ve been able to get emergencies fixed in under 24 hours and maintenance requests are usually addressed pretty fast! I was shocked to see the negative reviews because that is not near my experience in the time I’ve rented from them.
