REM Properties is the best rental experience I have had! Erica (the landlord) responds quickly to emails, and the maintenance crew works very hard to fix things in a timely manner. Rent is appropriately priced and I am so grateful to have found the unit that I’m currently residing in. Thank you to the REM team!
I would of given 5 stars, the only thing I didn’t like is being charged a 33$ cleaning fee from my deposit, when I already spent 2 days cleaning the place, I mean, what is the point of having to clean the place before move out if your money is going to get taken anyway? But it seems like this is how it goes with landlords in general. The host is very friendly! She let me use the mattress and chair for a while, when I desperately needed it
