I’m providing a review although I did not use your service. I called for an estimate to have rugs and tile cleaned. Got voice mail at 431 pm Friday 2/21/25. Noted the voice mail outgoing message states you would be closed from 3-6 through 3 15. Don’t know when this message was created. But always use this as a predetermining factors to message service that a company provides.

Absolutely the worst carpet and tile cleaning company. They will "clean" 80 rooms of carpet, sofas, drapes and tile in less than 2 days supposedly. Stains aren't removed and the carpet and tile look the same as before. When you ask them to slow down they respond by belittling you and using curse words. I can do a better job with a Bissell Green Carpet machine or a Rug Doctor and save the $10,000 I paid them. STAY AWAY FROM REM AT ALL COSTS!
