Absolutely the worst carpet and tile cleaning company. They will "clean" 80 rooms of carpet, sofas, drapes and tile in less than 2 days supposedly. Stains aren't removed and the carpet and tile look the same as before. When you ask them to slow down they respond by belittling you and using curse words. I can do a better job with a Bissell Green Carpet machine or a Rug Doctor and save the $10,000 I paid them. STAY AWAY FROM REM AT ALL COSTS!

I heard great things about this company so I called and had an estimate for tile. The day to do the work was scheduled and they where a no show. Then they went silent and wouldn’t return my messages. After a dozen calls, text and emails I finally got a response. They have bigger jobs going and can’t get to me for 2 months! Not a way to do business!
