I have been restoring vintage car for many years. REM is by far the best company I have ever delt with. I recently purchased two items made by REM from Fusick Oldsmobile. The first item was a rear window parcel shelf, and the second item was a pair of kick panels. For some odd reason neither fit properly. I called Fusick and they didn't understand why they didn't fit and there was no concern on rectifying the problem for me.
