The staff was very friendly. A woman was walking by when I was checking in and she said I was new to REM and she welcomed me. The Audiologist was thorough and explained everything clearly. They are very flexible and work around your schedule. There was no rush and I was completely satisfied with my initial visit.
Great experience . Receptionist reminded of meeting and kept my records up to date . Service was informative and quick .
The staff is outstanding from the moment you schedule and appointment to when you arrive for your appointment. The Audiologist always have time to answer your questions and provide recommendations and feedback. It had been many years before I had seen an audiologist that explained my hearing loss and what were my options. The modern technology in hearing is amazing and I thank REM for making it possible for me to do my job, listen to the TV without blowing out everyone else's ears and hearing the birds chirp.
Rem Audiology there staff is courteous and polite, they make sure that u are good. I have two hearing aid and both ears. They made sure that they work, the doctors seem to knw what know they're doing. They adjust my hearing aid if I need it.
I have found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and willing to assist clients in any way they can. I have been especially impressed with Dr. Patterson who was my first point of contact when I was looking for hearing aids and a provider that I had confidence in. Dr Patterson was very personable,knowledgeable and patient as I asked my many questions.
