A member of the staff is VERY abusive to residents. There is also a resident who is abusive to staff and other residents. This has been reported to state agencies by the abused residents. But upper management does NOTHING to rectify the deplorable situation here. There is a couple of employees that have done everything possible to help us but to no avail.
