From the moment we called REM after our 1 1/2yo ac unit from ARS froze, Chris Parks came out and within 10 mins he diagnosed the issue. He called out for parts and Hector and Kevin came out delivered and helped Chris. We got taken care of. We felt valued and respected from the moment Chris walked in. We need more servicemen like them. About the cost: Parts needed to be replaced and there was a leak.
I had a great experience with REM Air Conditioning of Tampa from start to finish. My old system failed during the August heatwave, and they installed a new Rheem AC system quickly and professionally. I have lived in Tampa for over 30 years and used many A/C companies in the past. REM is by far the best company I have ever used. They just replaced my entire two AC units in my home. The installation went without a hitch. They did everything they promised, and then some.
