I found this platform very unhelpful in regards to any kind of immediate issue. If you have any kind of mental issue you need addressed you're better off going in person instead of waiting for them to tell you the won't help.
Do not waste your time and money. They won’t help or listen even though their website says they treat COVID symptoms. The doctor was cold and callous, didn’t listen and just spouted off like I was some dumb person. I’m an ICU nurse
Waited HOURS for my doctor… said they will be with you shortly and never came.
Horrible customer service. After two weeks, the still cannot get my account to work.
DO NOT waste your money you are better off going to an actual doctor. They offered me some over the counter medications to relieve my symptoms and if that didn’t help they told me to call back in 7-14 days. I explained that wasn’t working I’ve been down that route that’s why I was calling them. Complete waste of time and $50. Went to a real doctor that afternoon who was able to prescribe me antibiotics for my symptoms.
