Leah Jones and Rely Primary Care are simply the best. They have taken wonderful care of my mom as her primary care physician making monthly house calls or more if needed. Leah and team are extremely skilled, attentive, and informed about out of the box solutions that we didn't even know were available to us. I tested positive for COVID just after Christmas. I have an underlying medical condition that puts me at high risk & my PCP agreed that monoclonal antibodies would be beneficial. Most places were either out, or I needed to be seen by one of their physicians before I could even schedule a treatment… I stumbled across Rely via a search and contacted them.
