This place doesn’t even deserve one star. ZERO would be way too much. Very unprofessional, extremely UNRELIABLE. They hire people with no skills, people who don’t even know how to read and treat the patients like animals. It’s embarrassing that a place like this is still in business. They are just so greedy taking cases and don’t even have the people to cover them. Do yourself a favor, spend a little time, do your research and don’t hire this company.

We recently used Rely Health Care for 4 months to care for our mother. They were a god send. Our care takers were caring, compassionate and attentive to caring for our mom. Kim the administrator along with the office staff were always available to us for questions and for additional staffing. In the middle of our care our mom had to be admitted into the hospital. We were so grateful to get the same staff back at the house upon discharge. Overall, I highly recommend Rely!
