This experience was so quick, easy, and fun! Jay was so knowledge about the process and walked me through everything. Then, the item I purchased was defective and D, the store manager, was so helpful in assisting me to get that fixed. All in all, every time I come back to DC I will be coming to Relva!!!
Had to sign up for a DC medical card because it’s medical only and the website to submit the form timed out 3 times. I told the cashier and on the third time they finally offered to enter the details on their computer. I had to sign up for their loyalty program to get my details entered in their system. After 20 minutes I got the payment link. Throughout the process customer service was at an all time low. No apologies for the inconvenience, no pleasantries, just monotone. I will NOT be coming back.
