Can I give a million stars? I am not kidding. My 2015 Chevy Spark was hit by a hit and run driver, so I was paying for the repairs myself, out of pocket. Relux did a BEAUTIFUL and affordable job. They asked me to send photos over the phone first so that they could give me a rough estimate of what the repairs would cost before I had the car towed there. Had a great experience at Relux Collision, Customer service was excellent and professional. Jacob and Vlad were super kind and kept me updated with my car, any questions or concerns I had were answered without a problem. I felt comfortable, very professional service. Gets a 5 out of 5 stars from me. Would 100% recommend. Definitely will be coming back in the future!
Great service and quality work. Went to Relux after my car was keyed. They were quick and extremely professional. I've dealt with other repair shops in Sacramento, and my experience with Relux was leagues above my prior experiences. They were transparent, communicative, advocated for my ideal outcome with my insurance, and even helped me reinstall my carseat at pick up.
