I moved out from one of their management properties over 3 months ago, and still haven't received my security deposit back. If you are thinking about renting a property that uses Relo Redac as management, I would avoid that property at all costs. Their staff is super unresponsive and unhelpful. Update: Relo Redac sent me the incorrect amount back for my security deposit due to the mismanagement of the agent and the accounting department.
