Their burgers are some of my local favorites. Their signature relishes are part of what makes the food great.
This is the dream burger establishment with curiously phenomenal entrees and sides. I return to Seattle annually and do not miss this. The burgers are among the best, but the roasted chicken entree is among the greatest meals I have ever enjoyed anywhere. I don’t even like brussels sprouts, but they serve a side item version which is remarkable all its own. This is a favorite. It is rare you find a special establishment inside a hotel, but Relish Seattle may just be the best in the country. Service? Perfect.

Pretty dang good burgers. Not the best I've had in Seattle, but definitely worth it to check out at least once. Bit on the pricier side, but you won't regret it.
