So I found a preowned sterilizer that I wanted that these guys have on eBay. Their eBay reviews were decent but man good thing I didn’t read their Google reviews before I bought it from them on eBay. Well, this sterilizer is easily $6000+ when brand new but reLink agreed on a GREAT price so I took a chance & bought it not knowing if it even worked. Bought a scale that they had listed as new. Listed said I would arrived within a week. After 3 weeks, contacted them and inquired about it. After a few days received a email saying that they were waiting for the scale and it would be shipped out in the beginning of September. While I have not done business directly with reLink, I have had many encounters with the employees of this establishment, as they share a business development with my company. I cannot speak to their business practices, but what I can say about these employees is that they have no regard for Ohio traffic laws, so I cannot imagine they have much regard for any other laws. I sold them 3 used Ultrasound untis LAST NOVEMBER and still have not been paid. They supposedly had them tested and then reduced therir offer by 2/3. They sent an email showing how all 3 sets of probes were not at 100%, the funny thing was I only sent 2 sets.... Then they told me they inadvertently sent a check to a different clinic with the same name as my clinic and I would have to wait until they got their money back before they could pay me, that was 3 or 4 months ago.
