So I found a preowned sterilizer that I wanted that these guys have on eBay. Their eBay reviews were decent but man good thing I didn’t read their Google reviews before I bought it from them on eBay. Well, this sterilizer is easily $6000+ when brand new but reLink agreed on a GREAT price so I took a chance & bought it not knowing if it even worked. They took my payment for an item.Then, took the shipping cost for the item.The atom was not available, but they still took payment.I would not recommend this company to anybody.I don't care if they give it away for free
Bought a scale that they had listed as new. Listed said I would arrived within a week. After 3 weeks, contacted them and inquired about it. After a few days received a email saying that they were waiting for the scale and it would be shipped out in the beginning of September. I sold them 3 used Ultrasound untis LAST NOVEMBER and still have not been paid. They supposedly had them tested and then reduced therir offer by 2/3. They sent an email showing how all 3 sets of probes were not at 100%, the funny thing was I only sent 2 sets.... Then they told me they inadvertently sent a check to a different clinic with the same name as my clinic and I would have to wait until they got their money back before they could pay me, that was 3 or 4 months ago. Relink picked up equipment that I purchased about 80 ultrasound probes and other equipment. Sold the equipment at a price that was 1/8 of the price I was selling them for. Instead of sending me a check they claim I now owe them money for shipping, because the price they sold it for doesn't cover the shipping. Long story short, took my equipment sold it they took the profit and gave me a bill. DO NOT USE THEM.
