My wife's car starter died early in the morning. I called them and got it towed to the shop around noon. They were able to replace the starter and the battery by 5pm. Also fixed my bmw wheel bearing in timely manner. Solid shop around Newmarket.
Called them in a panic when I had a dead battery. Harry said if I can leave it with them, they’ll try to get to it. I dropped it not long after and asked if maybe they could do a full synthetic oil/filter. Anna made note of this request and I was very shocked when they called the next morning at 10 am to let me know it was ALL done! FANTASTIC SERVICE! Underpromised & over delivered!
I love taking my car to Reline! They are friendly and so helpful. They were very tight today with a lot of requests and work to do on cars. They were able to squeeze me in and get my battery replaced. The man I spoke to (sorry I don't know your name) was honest and didn't over charge me for a battery, he got me the regular one instead of the more expensive one. I was able to pick it up only after a few hours of dropping it off. I will never go anywhere other than to Reline. Thank you so much for great work you guys do. :)
Amazing experience every time we go to Reline. Anna at the front desk is always so kind and patient, and the mechanics are honest, fair and reasonable. Highly recommend Clarence. The whole team takes care of every client like family, and are incredibly honest. We will be going back, and with all of our vehicles!
