STAY AWAY. Absolute worse care ever, crooked as can be. Been waiting 23 days for my forms that I emailed. Last 3 forms so I can collect disability were filled out day of. 23 days later, Aracely Rodriguez finally sends forms over, and its the last one for the month of March. She has ZERO care in her body, absolutely MISERABLE to deal with. Extensions dont have voicemails and when you email, they tell you no emails, call!!! I have PROOF. STAY AWAY
I had a very good day with my nurse practitioner she was very nice and understanding. Her name is Jehoma hope i spelled that right.im in pain everyday and with my medication it helps me get through the day.i would recommend this to friends to where you can get the help you need.i wouldn't go to any other doctor I like it here z they treat you nice and work with you to relieve your pain.good day today.
I visited Relivus Today and had a wonderful experience with the staff and nurse, who were there very helpful. I highly recommend this place for pain management. They provided excellent support for my pain and suggested various methods to help reduce it.
