Arrived within the time slot agreed upon. He was very kind, helpful and most of all respectful! He diagnosed it quickly and was done faster than anticipated. Excellent service and repairs. Efficient, timely and technically advanced work. Daniel Harris was especially notable for his technical expertise. He saved us $3,000 on repairs quoted by another contractor.
Our air conditioner quit at 10 pm, I called Relief Heating and Cooling at 7 am the next morning and they scheduled a technician to come at 2pm that day. They then had a cancellation at were at our home by 8:30am! Elijah was great- he diagnosed the problem, fixed it and was finished by 9:45. We were very impressed with Elijah’s knowledge and skill.
