My A/C stopped working on Sunday, August 24. I called Releif Heating and Cooling the next day. They sent Daniel, who is the epitome of professionalism. Daniel had my A/C up and running by 6pm. He was thorough, polite, professional, explained everything, and got the job done. I highly recommend this company!

Our technician was prompt, professional and knowledgeable about our heating/cooling system. He was able to troubleshoot and explain the options. We had a system installed a little over 2 years ago and not only are we much more comfortable, our air quality is improved and we are saving money on our utility bills! The system came with a 2 year warranty. I strongly recommend this company to anyone who is needing HVAC work.
Daniel was very courteous. He made sure to look up the parts and found that the one that was broken was still under warranty. He could have just ordered a new part and picked it up without using the serial number. I'm so grateful for him saving me some money. I'll do business with their company again. Hopefully just maintenance will be all that's needed....
