Friendly staff, caring, very clean facility, great bedside manner.
Relief Health Group LLC, deserves a 10 star review. I was pleasantly surprised at the patient, kind and caring approach that Nurse Knight took with me. That means quite a lot to a veteran who has struggled for close to 40 years trying to get examiners to understand what is really happening with my conditions. The level of professionalism thoroughness and courtesy that is practiced at this office should be taught to in house VA examiners and all other C&P examiners that the VA uses. 5 stars doesn’t give the credit deserved to the staff and the company as a whole. Their professionalism and reasoning for doing what they do for Veterans gives me hope for myself and future Veterans in my position to know that we aren’t alone. The staff is extremely knowledgeable about what you’re experiencing, very sympathetic, and accommodating with a willing to help. Overall I just want to personally say thank you for serving me and other Vets for providing us with this kind of dedicated service.
