Shocking service. You sold my unsuspecting mother an amethyst ring with a big crack in it when she was visiting on a cruise. A present for my birthday. We live on the Gold Coast and despite calling every single day absolutely nothing. You obviously cater for tourists as you know you can get away with it. Beautiful jewellery shop right in the heart of the Cairns Central shopping Centre. Excellent customer service by the owner. Great prices to suit anyone's budget. Would recommend this shop to anyone without hesitation.
