Relianz is an outstanding company to work with. I was a little skeptical, having them show up unsolicited at my door, but I gave them a chance and I was not disappointed. The entire team from the owner, sales rep, to the roofers did a great job installing my new roof. Tom, the sales rep / project manager is the man! He delivered on every commitment he made and answered emails and texts in minutes - excellent communication! They represented us extremely well with our insurance company - where past roofers struggled.
If your looking for a great roofing company, these are the people!! Very friendly, great at communicating, fast team and all around just a great experience. Maurice helped us secure a claim with state farm to get our roof replaced after a storm. Very grateful we chose them over the HUNDREDS of other companies who came to our door. Highly recommend!!
The adjuster/proprietor of this company failed to perform the agreed repair after 8 months of signing a contract. I've made multiple attempts to understand the reason for this delay and he has not returned my request for information. Due to their lack of response/follow through completing the repair to my roof my homeowners policy will not be renewed in 2025. Stay clear of this company and subsidiary listed below.
