I rented from John when he owned and operated the facility, he did a fantastic job, never a concern. New ownership came in and things quickly changed. I first noticed transient individuals wandering the facility soon after the new management took over. I was shocked to see a group of these folks living in the large metal garage on the property, evidently, they were renting?!
