They are the worst security company ever they will transfer you to so many people just got a simple question do not get there services
Absolutely terrible service. The door bell camera never worked. We called many times complaining about it. Their response was "the camera doesn't work sometimes if it gets overheated and its hot outside" Well guess what...we live in Texas and it gets hot here! Only comes with one interior camera that you're supposed to be able to access on the online app (which also consistently goes down and cant access)...or freezes. The door bell camera (when it does work) doesn't record for very long and so you miss most of the activity ... read more
Not in business. Went by office. Not there. No name on door and not on building directory. Want to trust them to keep your family safe?
