After a wonderful introduction meeting with lots of promises, she started to be slow responding to emails and texts and then stopped completely. We lost over 6 weeks of time, time wasted hoping she would work with us. Now almost 3 months after first contact she has never answered anything. Very unprofessional.

Melinda was knowledgeable about the market, a strong negotiator, great communicator, patient, and always available to show us homes.
