This has been absolutely ridiculous. This office has called from 3 different numbers to set up my appointment, and each call told me to bring a different set of documents to my first appointment. Upon arrival, the address on the door was different than the paperwork they sent me and the receptionist laughed at me when I asked if I was in the right place. The clerks NEVER answer phone calls, and patients have to go in-person every time. The doctors are a joke too. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!

Very rude receptionist, I try to explain my mother's medical situation to her, she just ignored me and speaking Chinese to someone else in the office during the call, then put me on hold for 10 minutes. Very unprofessional.
