Very rude receptionist, I try to explain my mother's medical situation to her, she just ignored me and speaking Chinese to someone else in the office during the call, then put me on hold for 10 minutes. Very unprofessional.

Such a terrible practice. We were told that our pulmonologist is transferring to another medical practice. Hence we asked for the details; they blatantly refused to provide it. The next available appointment is 5 month out.
