This has been absolutely ridiculous. This office has called from 3 different numbers to set up my appointment, and each call told me to bring a different set of documents to my first appointment. Upon arrival, the address on the door was different than the paperwork they sent me and the receptionist laughed at me when I asked if I was in the right place. The clerks NEVER answer phone calls, and patients have to go in-person every time. The doctors are a joke too. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!!
