Worst place to rent your property!!!! Don’t do it!!!! I signed a contract for 3 years!!!! They don’t answer your messages or calls, they don’t explain you the process, they ask for repairs and when you confront them you find out they are just making them up to make you spent and most important they have already more than 3 months with my property and they have not been able to rent it!!!
Reliant Property Management has been great to work with from the first interaction with Neal. He showed us a property very quickly and made sure we were taken care of every step of the way. Once we started renting, Robert and Jasmin have done a great job at assisting us with rental questions, coordinating work requests, and making sure our stay is smooth.
The team here has been great; Neal, Robert, and Jasmin. No major issues with the seeing the place, understanding and signing the lease / additional docs, or with tending to house stuff. Professional, polite, and quick to respond! We submit maintenace requests through an online app, all of our requests have been seen and responded to within a couple hours on weekdays, and then the work gets scheduled after. We have used Reliant for @ 5 years now. We have 2 properties and the staff have been very receptive, so nice, and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend Reliant Property if you want to make your life easier!!
