I would like to warn all owners and tenants not to rent or let this company manage your property. As a homeowner with a conscious, I have seen them charge tenants almost their full deposit for minimal damages. A perfect example is $270 to mow a small patch of grass that they did not even edge. I would suggest you check behind this company. This company sent an email out increasing property management fees by 2% after having a signed contract stating a different amount.
