I was swindled out of $1700+ by this company, having been a member with them for over 4 years. The pilot on water heater they recommended and installed kept going out. The salesman came by and told me that my psi valve spring was broken and needed to be replaced. They did the work. When I went to check on it, it turns out the valve didn’t need to be replaced as there was no existing valve. Jacob D. Was great. He fixed a pressure valve regulator, had to dig out to find it and was comunicative throughout the process. All is back to normal. I do have to say that Reliant Plumbing prices are on the high side.
Andrew was amazing he came in and explained everything for FREE and told me what they were going to be doing tomorrow for me & this is a great deal not expensive at all, I would rate them a 1000 if I could !
Reliant Plumbing did a great job. They were fast and courteous. They did what they said, charged a fair price and cleaned up after themselves.
