The pricing to fix the smal leak pipe at my residential property was over priced $1700 for an hour an half to dig and 18 inch deep hole in my front yard, cut and replace a one foot pipe. Charging $850 dollar for a piece of pipe as well labor an hour is excessive when I had another same situation fixed a small leak for $450 dollars. I can dig the hole and prep the area to have the plummer come in and replace the leak pipe in less than an hour.
