Shawn came out to do three jobs for me. He was supposed to fix a slow moving drain, and replace a cartridge in the bathtub and another in the stand up shower. The drain and the bathtub were fixed very quickly. He had some issues with the shower. Before he left he mentioned there was some fluctuations with the water pressure. The next day barely a trickle of water would come out of the shower head. He came back twice to try and fix the issue with no result. The price was $1500! We had water backing up from a sink drain on a Sunday. Had we not been home to catch it, it would have flooded the bathroom. I called Reliant; they sent Zach out real quick, and he was awesome. He stopped the water flow and got us set up for a complete fix the next day. Next time we need a plumber, this is who we'll call.

Austin was amazing. Professional and informative and funny. I ended up having a roof leak almost sad that it wasn't a plumbing leak so I could work with Austin more. Great employee.
