Called today to inquire about a promotion I saw on Facebook. Giving three stars right now because I want to provide some honest feedback/constructive criticism for the person I spoke to. I believe her name is “Ashley”? Heres the good: She accomplished what I called for and the potential for good customer service was evident. Heres the feedback: I almost cancelled the appointment and changed my mind because of how unsure/uncertain she sounded on the other end of the phone. I would not recommend this company, they are very expensive. We smelt gas in our house and called as we were worried about a leak. They came over, found the leak and then shut off the gas for the leak and said they would have to come the next day to fix it. Totally new people from the company came the next morning not knowing where the leak had even come from. After paying $1500 this was the problem. They replaced a gas piping that cost around $40.
