Reliant plumbing was true to their name! I had what I thought was an emergency at 6am. Very loud sound that I “thought “ was coming from inside my walls in my bathroom near my shower. My thoughts were that maybe there was a pipe burst in the wall which might cause an electrical fire. I was frantically calling for help as I was alone with 3 small kiddos. Best to be aware of Reliant Plumbing : came gave an estimate for a internal toliet simple repair : 546.00 - 1600.00 , had a friend came and changed out the strong durable part for 30.00 and no charge for labor , took less than 15 minutes. Best to either stay away or reconsider or obtain multiple quotes. Price gouging is bad for business. We saved over 1600.00 We know who not to call next round: and up to not do business with. Their replies are inexcusable. SMART SENSE

Edit - thanks for your response. I have called the office numerous times asking for a manager, am always told one will call me back, which rarely happens. I have also asked that my information is sent to you for a follow up call, and have actually emailed you personally, but have not received a call from you either. Totally understand things happen and people get busy, but this should not be an issue every time we try to get in touch with someone.
