Edit - thanks for your response. I have called the office numerous times asking for a manager, am always told one will call me back, which rarely happens. I have also asked that my information is sent to you for a follow up call, and have actually emailed you personally, but have not received a call from you either. We had work done by this company back in February and it took about 2 months to get a refund on items there were overcharged. The PM also told us a pressure valve was necessary to be brought up to code, but come to find out that was not true. Fast forward to today... per the PM, the filter behind the pressure valve was installed incorrectly and is not even the right size. My husband and I contacted Reliant because we had a leak underneath our bathroom sink. We contacted Reliant on a Friday and they answered the phone immediately and came out that day to fix the problem but we had to reschedule due to another engagement. Mark Allen came in the morning and not only fixed the problem but identified another issue that he also fixed. Mark is a professional and did a superb job! Reliant is my plumbing company!

I didn't know if this is common or if they just didn't want my business. Only good part was they sent the scary quotes before coming out and charging me after hours fees for something they knew no reasonable person would pay. But they sent quotes for anywhere from $1800 to $3000 that could have gone higher for a clogged pipe. luckily we cleared it ourselves finally. Their response is inaccurate. They never showed up. They called me and sent quotes by text saying they'd need to bring it expensive gear for a simple clog. Quote... read more
