I have been using this pharmacy for monthly mail orders since 2018. The quality of service and knowledge of the phone staff has declined drastically since the pandemic. Yesterday I spent a couple of hours on the phone with at least seven people and was given conflicting info. They could get something simple that could be done in five minutes Some are so shockingly inept and dumb.
