I’ve had my sons involved in their OT and Speech therapy for awhile, and if we are just basing the rating on the OT and speech therapists, they get 5 starts hands down. HOWEVER, reliant hired the most incompetent and incapable scheduling staff on the planet. You will tell them your availability and they will go out of their way to not schedule at that time, they huff and puff and complain loudly anytime they have to do their job and they can’t even be bothered to do it correctly.
