Very disappointed in the Reliant Staff. Tried to drop off paperwork to the Lab at 2:02, but unfortunately missed the 2 o’clock deadline. Not a good feeling to know the staff at Reliant care more about 2 mins than the convenience of their patients.
Extremely rude! Website states hours of Lab are 8-5 but when you get there they tell you they only draw blood until 2:00 pm! I was told to check the website!
Every time I come to get blood draw, the hours have changed! Come back or go to Auburn.
Been struggling with Reliant for over a decade now. I've seen multiple providers for various issues and never get any real answers. They love to run labs and monitor you but getting any kind of diagnosis is impossible. The last straw was when my PCP told me my BP of 144/106 was not concerning, even with my family history of heart disease. When my daughter needed a tonsillectomy, the ENT specialist that saw her told me right in front of her it that was a "hellish procedure" and tried to talk me out of it.
