Very friendly and accommodating here! I will give them 5. Highly recommended this medical group— Im so happy , that I finally found a doctor/nurses that really cares.
Very disappointed in the Reliant Staff. Tried to drop off paperwork to the Lab at 2:02, but unfortunately missed the 2 o’clock deadline. Not a good feeling to know the staff at Reliant care more about 2 mins than the convenience of their patients.
Extremely rude! Website states hours of Lab are 8-5 but when you get there they tell you they only draw blood until 2:00 pm! I was told to check the website!
Every time I come to get blood draw, the hours have changed! Come back or go to Auburn.
