Horrible customer service and communication. Was trying to get physical therapy for my daughter. They got me registered and took all my information. They said they'd call when they got the script (my peds office had already sent). 3 weeks later I call them and they tell me they aren't accepting out of network clients even though the gentleman told me weeks ago it might just be a 3 week wait list but they are happy to see us. I was referred to PT after a very traumatic root canal experience that left me in a lot of pain with limited use of my jaw. Neeta got right to work to help me heal. She's kind, empathetic, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable. Ultrasound and massage techniques helped to release the muscles. She taught me exercises to do at home. Slowly the jaw released and is close to being back to normal. I credit Neeta with this recovery, she is amazing!
I’ve had my sons involved in their OT and Speech therapy for awhile, and if we are just basing the rating on the OT and speech therapists, they get 5 stars hands down. HOWEVER, reliant hired the most incompetent and incapable scheduling staff on the planet. You will tell them your availability and they will go out of their way to not schedule at that time, they huff and puff and complain loudly anytime they have to do their job and they can’t even be bothered to do it correctly.
