A 1 year wait time for a sub 10 minute appointment due to a self imposed technicality is insane. That implies to me that you don’t really care about us at all. The human element and common sense needs to be brought back to medicine.

i have been back and forth from the lab all week for the following reasons: 1. They gave me the wrong vials for the test i needed to do. 2. brought one it and it was misplaced, and the lab needed me to redo it. 3. Came back to pick up the new vial.. and it was a completly different test then the one they said they lost. I had 3. They said they only had one that was sent out to the lab, even though i had turned in all 3. One went to lab, one rejected due to the offices mistakes, and the third one… no idea where that went! I didn’t even go here but my girlfriends has been back and fourth 10 times now and gotten the same outrageous answer of “I don’t know” 10 times now. What does that mean? The lab loses samples left and right as if it’s no big deal. How do you lose the one thing ur supposed to test? Is that not your whole job? Absolutely astounding that with the amount of time and effort it takes to become a physician/technician that we still have people losing and misplacing your only responsibility in your place of work.
