This place is a joke. My fiance called at 2 p.m. to speak with his doctor because his urine was extremely dark bordering on Brown/Red. Triage took his call and he was told that a message would get to Physician or the Nurse and someone would return his call. Needless to say it's 6:30 p.m. and no one bothered to return his call. That's pretty pathetic for a healthcare facility.
This place is total garbage! The primary care dr.s always leave after you get to know them. And they are sub par dr.'s anyway. If tou need real medical treatment go to Boston. I give this dump zero stars!
I have an appointment next week with Dr Shipman and hope to have another appointment shortly after by another Dr thats not Plantation St.
My son's pediatrician is located here and while he seems to be an okay doctor, he isn't my favorite. I also absolutely despise the lab techs down in the lab. They have the same personality as a wet paper bag.
