Be sure to remember that the little information booth looking desk near the elevator is not just an information kiosk but their actual check in. Morgan Brescia is an exceptional healthcare provider. She demonstrate compassion, and clear communication. She listens to my concerns and explains clearly my options . Her professionalism is evident. She is well informed. I am very grateful for the secretaries and nurses that call . They are professional and kind.
Refused service as a lifetime primary care patient because the doctor who requested I get lab work done doesn't work for them. Doesn't matter that they have a walk in lab and have previously done it, they just refused to do it.
I have great respect for Dr. Silva and staff. My appointment is very thorough and complete. Very satisfied with all !
