I have been using Reliant for the yard care of my rental property for about a year. They did such a good job I asked them to start doing my own home yard care! It looks brand new every time they are done! They are super responsive and professional. Highly recommend them for your yard needs.
I work with a property management firm and have worked with JWP for over a year. They are one of the best landscaping company's around. The owner, Jon is familiar with the way property management works and lets us know if there is anything out of the ordinary on the property.
We were having issues with multiple other landscape services billing for work never completed and invoices with very little description. One company actually was only mowing the front lawn and never touched the backyard. It was a college rental so they assumed the tenants wouldn't complain and we wouldn't notice when driving by.
