We have been in our Reliant home for almost two years and are extremely pleased with our house! Visitors often comment on the high quality and beauty of our home. The Reliant staff was very responsive to us throughout the entire building process and we appreciate their hard work and attention to detail!

I bought a townhome from the Reliant and the experience was like none other. What a great team to work with and they all work well together. Edgar stands out to me the most because he stands behind his work and very professional and friendly while doing so. Everyone at Reliant from the buying team to the general manager and the builder is very knowledgeable. Thank you from a happy homeowner!
My first "new construction" home was a Reliant home. The old saying is true, do your homework. Man, I wish I had. Overall, I'm okay with my house, but just ok. Once that 3 month honeymoon period wears off, and you start to notice the cheap materials, shoddy craftsmanship, and inattention to detail, the small things start to add up. Things like the toilets not being square to the wall, (had to fix myself), walls that aren't flat, floors that are not level, tiles that aren't even, water leaks due to poor tiling.
