We have received excellent care from this home health agency. Our caregiver, Lanette, is amazing. She is kind and compassionate and knows exactly what to say to make my husband feel safe. Dementia is a disease that affects the whole family and having Lanette’s help makes the load a little lighter. If you are looking for a caregiver, I highly recommend you check out this agency.
The staff who come to the home are always professional and do a good job with the tasks given. The office staff are very patient forward and always try to accommodate any changes or requests made. Glad to be associated with Reliant
My husband was struggling with dementia, and I, as his full-time caregiver, was looking for someone who could give me a little break and be a friend for him. Reliant Home Care far exceeded my expectations. They came for a few hours several times a week, provided both physical and mental activities appropriate for his ability- while always treating him with respect, patience and compassion. I found this company to be trustworthy as well as dependable, and I highly recommend them.
This agency is run by a man named Reuben. He is unreliable and doesn't return calls or texts for days. If you want consistency, don't contact this agency. Reuben doesn't listen to your needs and for sure doesn't live up to the company's name "Reliant". He has canceled the home care service last min with no replacement and will charge for the time. Greetings to all who are looking for great caregivers/Nurses. My father is 91 years old he has served his country and he is a Korea war Veteran.
