I applied for an apartment at The Lofts in Natomas. They took out a $500 pre-qualification deposit. Long story short they issued a refund check in the wrong name so I couldn't cash it. I've now been waiting over 2 weeks for another check to be reprinted and this all took place a month ago. So they have been sitting on my money for a month now. DO NOT GO WITH THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY! TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I moved into my new place and was told that they were going to be doing remodeling. Reliant came in Sep it is now December my kitchen is not done I literally have my counter tops being held up by two wood pieces not to mention no outlets in my kitchen are working so I’m having to use microwave blender ect on the floor brought it to their attention multiple times nothing was down they started on one of my bathrooms but the master still looks the same their excuse was they ran out of supplies remember that was in Sep this has ... read more
