Very good care all office people great
I’m a so happy to have found Dr Lam and Reliant foot and ankle clinic. I had a gym injury, my fascia popped and I couldn’t step. That morning to my suprise I found out my podiatrist of 15 years passed away, I couldn’t get seen anywhere but this office took me in within hours and the staff was super friendly and helpful because I couldn’t walk. I did not like this place. (1) As soon as I enter in the office they took $200 for Doctor fee from me without giving me the service first. (2) Doctor gave me the Shock-wave treatment, it was short, and my pain was at back of my foot. I told Doctor, and he would not treat the shock-wave there, 'saying its different location'. I just dot understand; how it can its in my same foot, same area and I am suffering for pain (!) I do not think, Its worth for $175 treatment per visit for 'Shock-wave' treatment there. Dr. Lam was very knowledgeable and personable. He took time to explain things clearly and offered innovative, non-invasive treatments that worked miracles for me! I was seen promptly at my appointments and never felt rushed. His staff is delightful and friendly as well! I am a big fan! Highly recommend!
