Worst place EVER! SCAM ALERT! Went here months ago for the first time due to really needing someone to talk to and help with my mental health. After speaking to a woman I believe named Beatrice (dark skin woman w/ glasses) she told me she would be in contact with me biweekly and also refer me to a therapist in a neighboring city. First of all The office is always clean and neat and the office manager. Diana is as extraordinary. She’s extremely knowledgeable and kind care and giving person. I did have some issues in the beginning of my treatment with them like getting my medication on time. But Now I have no more problems with my medication be sending to the pharmacy on time. This place is a scam. Beatrice the psychiatrist has attempted to find any excuse since the first visit I had to try and find any reason to write me off with a false diagnosis and to attempt to recommend to send me to a mental health institution. Staff members attempt to provoke your triggers you tell Beatrice about to get a reaction out of you in an effort to speed up the process of their agenda. I had been reaching out for help for a long time but never found the right psychiatrist. I truly believe this was God’s timing, I found the right place at the right moment. My experience with Reliant Psychiatrist Office has been very positive. The nurses, Carla, Diana, and Briana, are kind, patient, and genuinely supportive.
