Reliant at walmart university Rd Edinburg Tx today 17.July.2025 at 11am is closed… Yesterday one of the Reliamt assistants told me to come today, that it would be open from 10 but is closed
They charged me for unnecessary fees. How do you charge late fees and turn around and charge disconnection notice fee. In this economy. You can charge for reconnection but a notice fee is just crazy. Called for a dispute and they said it was a valid fee. $20!!!!!
First time was great experience when I switched over.This is my 2nd stop at reliant store in edinburg walmart and it needs to update their hours of operation. Online it says 9am they open, im here at 9:18 and store is closed. I ask a Walmart attendant and she states they TEND to arrive between 9am and 11am. She said well its past 9 so maybe by 10 they will open. This is bad customer service, having someone wait 3 hours or so to see when the representative feels like coming in.
Was with CPL used to pay $0.08 per kilowatt and now with reliant we pay close to $0.17 per kilowatt this company is not is not reliant they don't help us out at all. Everything they've done to help us hasn't helped!!! Our bills go up and the bill doesn't explain how it goes up and when we call they try to explain how they and there methods work and they just don't make sense I would not trust this company with my electricity.
