I should of read the reviews because everybody is basically saying the same thing about this BS electric company. First off they promote all these promotions like your 2 highest usage days in a week are FREE but when you ask about it they know nothing about it or it's not available anymore. Extremely high electricity. Been with reliant for about 2 years and in the summer my electricity bill is $500 in a one bedroom apartment would not recommend.Switching companies at the beginning of the month .
No customer service. No refunds. No help. Our power us outright now. We called them and we were instructed to call Oncor. We did. Niether Reliant or Oncor had an answer as to why our power was out or when it would be back on. Also, neither had a response or a yes to a refund to us while we are without service. We just paid and average of $400/month in bills over the last four months. I bet if we were late with that bill we would have been charhed a late fee but let tjem fail to supply us with power and they face no recourse.... read more
