Worst 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointed with Reliant Energy Reliant Energy is honestly one of the worst energy companies I have ever dealt with. Avoid doing business with this company. In my experience, they are very misleading. When they try to sell you their service, they tell you one story. But once you sign up, the reality is completely different and the charges end up being much higher than expected. The pricing and promises during the sales process did not match what I was actually billed. I strongly recommend looking at other electric companies instead. There are many better and more transparent options out there.
Terrible company they did not credit me $50 mad me call 6 times now they say theres no record of it and I cannot get the credit. Scammers
