The customer service has been extremely frustrating, and getting clear answers or real help feels almost impossible. Avoid doing business with this company. In my experience, they are very misleading. When they try to sell you their service, they tell you one story. But once you sign up, the reality is completely different and the charges end up being much higher than expected. The pricing and promises during the sales process did not match what I was actually billed. I strongly recommend looking at other electric companies instead. There are many better and more transparent options out there.
Terrible company they did not credit me $50 mad me call 6 times now they say theres no record of it and I cannot get the credit. Scammers
Terrible unprofessional company they still haven’t sent me my refund and it’s been almost a month the service never got connected and I was left with no power during freezing conditions
The most expensive energy company with hidden fees. They charge me extra $45 for the service fee. This is crazy.
