Reliant sales called me multiple times trying get me to renew my contract on a solar buy back that allowed them to buy MY energy back at a 'whole sale price' which is not shown on the bill. Every time I told them that i was not interested in selling them discounted energy. Finally someone called me and said they would be willing to put me on a 1 to 1 buy back program. Terrible electric company unfortunately I just got with them and I’m stuck with them, if you need a light company don’t go here lol
I swear I hate this company ever since I moved to my house and changed jobs it’s been horrible. There billing in there system Never matches the app they will tell you one total amount but the app will say another. No one lives in the US that you speak to .. they don’t answer your questions and talk over you… I can’t wait to cancel reliant is trash if you are a teacher do not get their service the do not accommodate for how teachers get paid monthly
This company is difficult to transfer. I tried to transfer to a new location and I was charged $200 even though I was still using the service. They tried to credit to my account (which I didn’t want) and they stopped after one payment so they still owed $150. Very difficult to contact and the online chat would end the chat when I pointed this out
The customer service team is tragic.
